commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Sept 18, 2001

You are cordially invited to join us as we commemorate the 10th anniversary of Sept 18, 2001.

On this day some of Eritrea’s finest were rounded up and thrown into unnamed dungeons in the hope that their call for democracy and justice will be silenced forever, but ten years on their call still reverberates gaining momentum all the while.

Time:  5:00pm – 8pm

Friends and families of Eritrea’s many victims of injustice will share their recollections and experiences; there will also be a panel discussion and a short film in honour of those who continue to suffer injustice in Eritrea.
