Ambassador Girma Asmerom Tesfay has passed away in New York

Unofficial sources have confirmed that Ambassador Girma Asmerom Tesfay, state of Eritrea's Permanent Representative at the United Nations has passed away in New York two days ago.

Ambassador Girma Asmerom had been a member of the inner circle of the Eritrean government under Isaias Afewerki.
