For years there’s been a massive exodus from Eritrea, as a large part of the population flees to Europe regularly. More migrants come from Eritrea, and Nigeria, than any other African country. But many die en route.

The Eritrean government rarely speaks to the international media but on a visit to Paris, the Eritrean Foreign Minister Osman Saleh sat down to answer RFI’s questions about alleged crimes against humanity, political prisoners and the recent fighting at the Ethiopian border. He spoke to RFI’s Anthony Lattier.
